LABOR LEADERSHIP

This course is intended to increase the leadership skills of the participants in order to help your union be more successful. The course will focus on various topics related to managing and leading unions and will include class discussion, hands-on and group activities, and tools to reflect on and analyze your own experience. This class is intended to improve team dynamics for unionists at all levels of experience–from those who are just becoming active, to seasoned leaders.
