LEGAL RIGHTS OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

Legal Rights of Public Employees will teach you what rights you have under the U.S. Constitution concerning free speech, privacy, due process and more. These are rights that apply to all public employees even if you do not have collective bargaining. The Grace Carroll Rocky Mountain Labor school program will focus on the labor movement’s dedication to building strong Union membership and will provide workshops that will deal with appropriate subjects in these areas.

Offered as a workshop option on Monday afternoon, you will be able to choose between this and "Staying Out of Trouble with the DOL."
